Congratulations to Mail, Document & Distribution Services (MDDS) for winning the Winter Business Continuity Circle of Excellence Award. The Circle of Excellence Award is a biannual award to recognize the departments that have contributed significantly to the business continuity capabilities of the University.
MDDS has ensured that critical mail, package, and cylinder deliveries could continue throughout the pandemic and during other campus disruptions.
The award committee was also impressed by their thoroughness in continuity planning including detailing communication strategies, vendor lists, and critical equipment needs.
